Your username and password are personal to you. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are only available once the relevant wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting these requirements will result in the bonus portion of the balance being removed and only the original deposit amount (or winnings from real money play) being returned.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless the event is cancelled or postponed according to the rules set out below.
Bets are settled according to the official result of the event as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and the ICC for international fixtures. In the event of a dispute between different sources, vn999 will use the official governing body's result as the final determination.
If an event is cancelled before it begins and cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the original start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event begins but is abandoned before a result can be determined (for example, due to weather or other circumstances), bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport, which are available in the Sports Betting help section of the platform.
In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. Odds during in-play betting change rapidly in response to match conditions. vn999 uses automated systems to update odds in real time, but there may occasionally be brief delays. Any bet placed and confirmed before an odds update is processed will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. vn999 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time during an event.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all Sports Betting markets. These limits vary by event, market type and VIP tier. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, where the changes are material, registered account holders will be notified by email or through a notification in the platform or app. Continued use of vn999 following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. Any balances will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal process described in Section 4, subject to verification requirements.
